In the fall of 2020, after 35 years of experience servicing the restaurant industry and a lifetime of love for lobster rolls, our team set out to create a totally unique lobster roll dining experience. Servicing beach towns and boardwalks across the country, we have a simple plan to serve only the highest quality ocean delicacies available, from prime Maine lobster to award-winning crab cakes.
Our journey started with a classically trained sushi chef, an executive chef, and many hours in a test kitchen. We developed our own signature aiolis and recipes based on the local fare of seaports across the country while staying true to the heritage of Classic New England Style Lobster Rolls to create a truly unique American dining experience.
